Over the years at Creality Cloud, we’ve witnessed countless moments from your 3D-printing life:

Staying up late, struggling with settings, and dealing with repeated failures.
Helping kids with a craft or homework project, unsure where to start.
Wanting to make small gifts for pets or loved ones, but ending up buying them online instead.
Celebrating the very first successful print, just like unwrapping a long-awaited gift.

We kept asking ourselves: Could we build a place where 3D printing becomes cleaner, simpler, and smarter for everyday life? A place where you don’t worry about complicated settings, closed ecosystems, or high failure rates — a place where even a school-age kid can pick it up with confidence.

Today, we’re bringing you that answer — FlowPrint.

FlowPrint — a new, open, creator-friendly community built for FFF users.

Its name carries our original intention:

Flow: Symbolizes the smooth, uninterrupted journey from idea to print, making every creation feel effortless.

Print: Represents creativity coming to life — turning every idea into something real and tangible.

FlowPrint is more than a platform. It’s a new chapter we’re writing together with all of you — a place where anyone can start, every idea can take shape, and every warm memory can turn into something real.

We know the best creative experiences happen when every step feels solid and reliable. So we created Maker Verified and One-Click Print to remove uncertainty and help every model print successfully.

Maker Verified: Verified Models, Trusted Results

Every model in Maker Verified is tested with real prints.

For beginners:
- Choose a model → Tap “Print” → Auto-match your printer & print settings → Start printing.
- You could rate the print settings after printing. One of the biggest benefits of print-setting ratings is that they let users quickly identify reliable print settings, reduce wasted time and filament, and help the community surface higher-quality content for a smoother printing experience.

For creators:
Your verified 3MF models gain visibility and trust.
Users download them more actively, increasing your earnings.
And creators contributing 3MF files receive extra recognition through boost tickets.

1. What is the relationship between FlowPrint and Creality Cloud?
Creality Cloud is an all-in-one 3D printing platform, while FlowPrint is a brand-new FFF model community built on Creality Cloud. It focuses on curated models and one-click printing for the ultimate user experience.

2. Are FlowPrint and Creality Cloud data connected?
Yes. Your models, print settings, and history are fully retained.

3. Are points and credits shared between FlowPrint and Creality Cloud?
Yes. Your points and credits are synced across both platforms.

4. Some features such as cloud slicing, task center, check-in, and boost luck draw are simplified on FlowPrint. Will they return?
Yes. Features like cloud slicing, task center, check-ins, boost luck draw, and paid models are planned for FlowPrint. Our team is actively optimizing these features and will release them gradually for a much better experience.

5. Which printers currently support one-click printing on FlowPrint?
Currently supported models include: K2, K2 Pro, K2 Plus, and Hi. More models will be added to FlowPrint over time.

6. Will my past print settings sync to FlowPrint?
FlowPrint supports the 3MF format, which stores print settings, geometry, and color information to ensure stable printing. Models and configurations uploaded in Creality Cloud will appear in FlowPrint only if they include a usable 3MF file that passes the cloud check. Not all past Creality Cloud history will be fully synced.

7. What are the differences between FlowPrint and Creality Cloud memberships?

Both platforms support memberships. Compared to Creality Cloud, FlowPrint memberships offer additional benefits:

Faster model downloads
Existing Creality Cloud members can upgrade to the same tier in FlowPrint for free for a limited time. More exclusive features will continue to roll out.

8. Can I enter a lucky draw after using a boost ticket on FlowPrint?
FlowPrint supports boosting models and print settings, but it currently does not provide lucky draw benefits, nor are boost counts synced with Creality Cloud. If you want to gain lottery chances through boosting, we recommend doing so on Creality Cloud.

9. Are all models on FlowPrint free? Will my uploaded models appear on Creality Cloud?
Yes, FlowPrint mainly offers free models, and paid models are not supported yet. Models uploaded to FlowPrint will also appear on Creality Cloud, with only minor differences in upload interactions or cover images. Your models’ visibility and usability will remain the same.

10. Can I access FlowPrint from the Creality Cloud App/Web, and vice versa?
Yes. You can switch between FlowPrint and Creality Cloud using the “FlowPrint” button on the app homepage, in the user center, or via the top navigation on the web. Click “Classic” to switch back to Creality Cloud anytime.

11. Are models, transactions, and other data shared between FlowPrint and Creality Cloud?
FlowPrint is a free model community focused on .3MF one-click print-ready models. Paid models or STL-only files are currently not supported on FlowPrint but remain fully functional on Creality Cloud, including model management, transactions, and data statistics. Both platforms will coexist long-term to meet the needs of different creators.

12. Can the same model earn points on both Classic Creality Cloud and FlowPrint?
No. You can complete the task on either platform, but the reward for the same task will only be granted on one platform. Rest assured, task data is synchronized, and the numbers will appear the same on both platforms.

13. How to check your Creality store voucher code?
