Working with a 3D printer, modeling and creating or modifying files often requires to know the radius! This set is very complete going from 2 to 30mm both on the concave and convex (inner and outer diameter) sets!!!

I created covers to protect the tips of the gauges since I tend to toss things around a lot and in drawers!

I also elongated the pin by 3.8mm to allocate the extra thickness!!! I used two different printers for my set and one was just a tad thinner than the other so there is two length of pins... I recommend to print both and see which once works best for you!

They printed very very good, good thickness, numbers easy to read from 2 to 30 mm... Biggest range of radius.

I recommend and used CR-PETG from Creality Orange. I like the finish but the problem is it needs to print slow

- nozzle: 0.4mm at 0.2/0.4mm (quality)

- used a very low speed to have nice and clean borders at 45mm/s first layers

- 55mm/s for inner/ outer wall

- infill at 85mm/s

- no brim for the radius themselves and covers... by the way, there is a lip that surround the edge of the gauges, that lip goes up! and the writing/ flat surface goes down... NO support needed, small enough of a gap that it is not needed!

I did 2 walls and 4 top and bottom for solid piece and set anyway the infill at 15% cubic but the infill is irrelevant.

I printed them in 1 color and printed "by Object" (then I used a black Sharpie and did the numbers... did not thought about the colors ahead of time but looks great and saved on my time!!

--> for colors, print "by Layer"

5 layers: 2 bottom, 1 color, 2 top --- you can set the color change by adding a pause on layer 3 and 4 in the Creality Slicer and make sure to "re-slice" after adding the pause/color change to have the settings take.
