Alternative Bit Holder Rack v2.0 for the Bosch Professional Pick and Click System

This is version 2.0 of the Alternative Bit Holder Rack I published over 1.5 years ago. Since then, I’ve received a lot of good feedback and have had more time to use it daily. And it was about time to apply that experience to this updated version

This Alternative Bit Holder Rack v2.0 is designed specifically for:

• Bosch Professional L-Case with an integrated Pick and Click system

• Bosch Professional Pick and Click Box

The primary goal of this Alternative Bit Holder Rack v2.0 continues to maximize storage efficiency within the Bosch Professional Pick and Click system. In this version, I've also improved the way individual bits are secured in the rack. The new design offers greater flexibility and compatibility across different bit sizes and brands.

Additionally, I’ve added a dedicated spot for a small round magnet (5mm diameter x 3mm thick)—ideal for holding an extra bit.

The hallmark of the Pick and Click system is its customizability, allowing users to build personalized accessory sets tailored to diverse bit collections. With this alternative rack, you can fit more bits in the same amount of space. The bit holder rack features a 1/4-inch hex shank, making it perfectly suited for use with standard cordless drills and impact drivers with a 1/4-inch toolholder.
