I have always enjoyed clocks and watches. When I saw that Creality was doing a contest, it got me thinking!

This is my 1st time entering a design in a contest, and I hope you enjoy my entry. Thank You for checking it out.

Design Concept:

The main focus was to create a simple timepiece that was more functional. This design allows you to keep track of time not just by the hour or minute, but also by day. Hope you enjoy this design and have fun putting it together!

Print Settings:

Main Body Printed on K2 Plus - Print Time: 6hrs at .2mm layer height, 7% Infill and in PLA

Months Printed on K2 Plus - Print Time: 1hrs at .2mm layer height, 7% Infill and in PLA

Days Printed on K2 Plus - Print Time: 1hrs at .2mm layer height, 7% Infill and in PLA

Parts Printed on K1C - Print Time: 2hrs at .2mm layer height, 7% Infill and in PLA

No Supports or Additional Parts Needed

**You could try to scale everything down to fit all on a different printed**

Assembly:

You can start with the month side or day side - order does not matter.

Step 1: Insert the correct size plate holders into the corresponding cutouts on the base.

Step 2: Slide the corresponding rod through the side you are working on.

Step 3: Place the two clips on the rod to hold the plates in place.

Step 4: Flex the month or day plate to click it into the side plates

Step 5: Add the corresponding gear to the outside of the rod

Step 6: Add the turn wheel and screw

Step 7: Add clock components

Notes:

Might need to adjust the turn wheel and screw due to different tolerances

May need to adjust whole size depending on what clockwork you are using. Can be adjusted to fit bigger clockwork by adding a subtraction before slicing.

Also, fuzzy skin on month and day plates might help if you are using a textured build plate like myself

(though of that after and might reprint down the road)

Maybe add custom printed hands to clock down the road too
