My version of Creality CFS Space Pi Plus modification for heat-assisted filament drying right in the CFS box.

Based on the models by Ice992 (thank you very much).

This modification makes it possible to print with active drying the moisture-sensitive materials like ABS and PA.

All necessary parts are assembled in two plates, just print this.

Internal parts printed with heat-resistant filament (PAHT-CF) for the maximum temperatures. With ABS output ducts and grilles can deform after 55 degrees setting because the heater gets hot more than set. Templates and the screen mount printed with PLA.

Other parts to build:

1) Creality Space Pi Plus filament dryer.

2) IDC 10 pins extension cable, male to female, about 30 cm.

3) 2x10cm wires, 4 ferrules, some heat shrink tube (for heaters wire extension).

4) Ziptiles.

Cut the holes with dremel and then with knife, two holes for the screenholder with 3mm drill bit (by the printed templates).

To disassemble Space Pi remove the rubber feets and the film from the screen.

Assembly by Space Pi screws. Possible cut and use Space Pi screen film. But im not using film, screen is brighter and more touch-sensitive.

Better to remove the ferrite ring heatshrink and shift it on the power wires a few centimeters, to hollow place. Then fix all the wires by a ziptiles.

Cutting templates details:

1) Intake template have two bridges, please extend the cutting line under this. You need to cut all witdth of the dessicant place, from end to end.

2) Output templates are installing in the rubber seal. Cuts needs to be vertical to the table (and not perpendigular to this angled board).

3) Power cord template fits the label hollow. Be ready to cut the thick plastic part.

4) Screen template have rectangular hole in the middle for cable hole cutting, two round holes for drill holes for screws, and two "C" shaped holes for the screen film cutting.

If everything goes right, even glue is not necessary.

I’m using it about 5°C less than default temperatures for all filaments. Do not melt your PLA!

- output ducts changed to the desiccant box base,

- added cap to the hole for power socket (socket than installed into the dryer frame).
