Open project of headphones for DIY.

The model is completely ready for printing and assembly.

50 mm speakers;

110 pads;

3.5 jack ;

aux cable;

some wires for a magic inside the box;

microphone capsule 10 mm;

and no more strength for amplifier or some capasitors.. looking for your help. For now it works but with kinda freaky audio quality

- Problem solved.

Add a simple filter to each speaker. Cut the positive wire of each speaker and add a 22-ohm resistor and a 100-microfarad capacitor. The polarity of the resistor is not important. The negative end of the capacitor is soldered to the positive end of the speaker.

The final circuit looks like this: positive wire - 22-ohm resistor - positive 100-microfarad capacitor; negative - positive speaker terminal.

My speakers are 32-ohm.

Add a simple filter to the microphone capsule: "+" wire - 1.8-2.2 kOhm resistor - "-" (1-10 μF) capacitor - "+" microphone capsule.

The positive terminal of the microphone capsule visually has no contact with the shell. The negative terminal "rings" to the shell.

I chose the path of pain and added support of "snug" type but you can be wiser and based on experience choose the "tree" for the necessary parts.

Main frame-arc was made of PLA-CF and doing well. My recommended minimum is usual PLA but with 3 walls.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly of parts is intuitive; use the most suitable glue for plastic.
