Concept:

After a friend of mine asked me to design a cover like this for his S13, I dove into the design process, making template cutouts, many different 3d models in CAD softwares, and a few printed prototypes. This cover had been the need, as he has a spare gauge he usually put in the top slot, but leaving a hole in the rest, and 0 covering in the bottom. This exposed wiring and overall made his interior messy.

Printing:

Use a printer that has at least a 190x190mm build plate and can print high quality items. I printed this on an ender 3 v1, and it came out great, so most printers should work fine. If you have a different printer, I do suggest taking a look at the print settings to make sure it will print well on your printer.
