Printbed Scraper — three-sided (L150 × W60)

🧩 Description / Design Concept

Three working edges in one tool: a three-sided printbed scraper optimized for FFF printers. The body uses a honeycomb/lightweight core to cut material use while staying rigid. The bottom face includes a small chamfer so the part is easier to pop off the bed after printing. Also handy as a plastic scraper/spatula for everyday DIY and gentle surface cleanup.

🖨️ Printing orientation & tips

Print flat on the bed with the chamfered face down (as modeled). Edges will come out crisp and square for clean scraping.

Adhesion: PEI smooth or textured sheet with glue stick or another adhesion aid recommended.

🛠️ Recommended settings (scrapers/spatulas)

First layer: 0.24 mm

Next layers: 0.12–0.20 mm (choose finer for sharper edges)

Bottom layers: 5

Walls/Perimeters: 5

Top/Bottom pattern: Concentric (smooths the working faces)

Perimeters engine: Arachne / variable line width if available

Infill: 20–25% (Gyroid or Honeycomb)

Material: PETG / ABS/ASA recommended for durability; PLA is possible but will wear faster on repeated use

Optional: Ironing on the top surface to further smooth the scraper faces

📝 Notes

Edge prep: After printing, lightly deburr the scraping edges with fine sandpaper (e.g., 400–600 grit).

Care tip: For stubborn parts, prefer PETG/ABS with 5 perimeters (as above).

Safety: It’s a plastic scraper—great for beds and delicate surfaces. Avoid excessive force; if a part resists, warm the bed slightly and try again.

🔧 Usage & handling

Use the broad edge for large, flat contact; the narrow edge for corners and under lips; the beveled edge for gradual separation. Slide low and parallel to the surface—don’t pry vertically.
