I designed this case for my own iPhone 16 Pro and was really happy with how clean it turned out. The overall shape is sleek, minimal, and fits snugly around the phone with just enough character to stand out—especially thanks to the stylized emblem featured on the back.

The case is a one-piece print and doesn’t require any supports. I printed mine using Bambu Labs’ 3D effect plate to get that textured surface look, but it works just as well on a smooth plate too.

📦 Filament & Plate Notes:

Best Results: PLA+, PETG, or Silk

Translucent PETG works great if you're aiming for a premium or techy aesthetic

Matte PLA gives a more stealthy finish

Works best with clean, dry filament and proper retraction settings to avoid stringing on the emblem area

🛠️ Print Settings I Recommend:

Layer Height: 0.2mm (or 0.1mm for sharper surface detail)

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Infill: 15–20% Gyroid

Wall Count: 3

Supports: Not needed

Print Speed:

100% for PLA

50–70% for PETG, silk, or specialty filaments

Bed Temp:

60°C for PLA

75–80°C for PETG

Nozzle Temp:

200–210°C for PLA

235–245°C for PETG

Cooling Fan:

100% for PLA

40–60% for PETG

Turn off fan for the first few layers of PETG to improve bed adhesion
