Bevestigingsbeugel Ø25mm met koppelplaat

Deze beugel kan op het onderste deel van een infuusstandaard bevestigd worden.
Door de koppelplaat kunnen onderdelen snel gemonteerd of verwijdert worden.

Plak daarvoor het koppelstuk met de opening naar beneden aan de achterzijde van een ontwerp dat u aan de standaard zou willen monteren.

Mocht er nog wat ruimte tussen de twee delen van de bevestigingsbeugel zitten, dan kan die ruimte opgevuld worden met de opvulstukjes van 0,5 - 1,0 of 1,5 mm om te voorkomen dat de beugel breekt wanneer die heel strak aangedraaid moet worden.

Voor het bevestigen van de beugel heb je 4x M4 moer en 4x M4 cilinderkop inbusbout (16mm schroefdraad) nodig.
De M4 moer komt aan de achterzijde van het beugeldeel met koppelplaat. Het makkelijkste gaat dat door de plaat vlak op een ondergrond te leggen, positioneer de moer de plaat en druk een bout door het gat boven de moer, draai de bout in de moer en door deze strak aan te draaien trekt de moer zich mooi vast in het daarvoor bestemde gat. Verwijder de bout weer en nu kun je beide delen rondom een paal van 25 mm vastzetten.

This bracket can be attached to the bottom of an IV pole.
The coupling plate allows for quick installation and removal of components.
To do this, attach the coupling piece, with the opening facing down, to the back of the design you want to mount to the pole.

If there is still some space between the two parts of the mounting bracket, this space can be filled with the 0.5 - 1.0 or 1.5 mm shims to prevent the bracket from breaking when it has to be tightened very tightly.

To attach the bracket, you'll need 4 M4 nuts and 4 M4 cylinder head Allen bolts (16mm thread).
The M4 nut goes on the back of the bracket section with the coupling plate. The easiest way to do this is to lay the plate flat on a surface, position the nut on the plate, and push a bolt through the hole above the nut. Screw the bolt into the nut, and tighten it until the nut is securely fastened in the designated hole. Remove the bolt, and now you can secure both sections around a 25 mm post.
