Step 1: Preparing the Wheels

Start by gluing the 8 spacers (small pieces) on the edges of one of the wheels. Place them evenly around the wheel to ensure the assembly is stable.

Step 2: Assembling the Axle

Next, take the Axle and insert it into the center of the wheel where the spacers were glued. Make sure the axle is aligned and centered so the wheel will rotate correctly.

Step 3: Placing the Vase Supports

Place the 4 vase supports at the correct positions along the first wheel, but do not glue the supports. They should be positioned so that they can rotate freely on the wheel, similar to how the compartments of a Ferris wheel move. This will allow the vases to rotate as the wheel turns.

Step 4: Attaching the Second Wheel

After ensuring that the supports are properly positioned and can rotate freely, place the second wheel onto the assembly, aligning it with the axle and supports. Make sure the wheel is well-adjusted, but do not glue it yet, as it needs space to rotate freely around the axle.
