My Remix and small little alterations and additions for a nice easy print to get an awesome looking DL-44.

I print in 0.2 layer height with normal snug supports, try increase the xy support offset if you are having trouble removing them.

For the Flash Hider i block supports going to the little holes in the hider so there's only supports and the bottom.

Assembly is pretty straight forward using CA/Super Glue, if there are any parts that are too tight, i just use a small diamond file to smooth it down.

Assembly:

1. Start by glue the hammer to the trigger and guard.

2. Glue the Barrel assembly to the hammer/trigger and guard

3. Glue in the grip frame

4. Add the phillip head screws to the grips then glue grips to grip frame

5. Glue flash hiding on to barrel, keep the holes horizontal, you can add M3 or M4 screws or print the screw heads and use them

6. Glue the Scope Mount to the Scope Mount holder so the scope mount hangs to the side.

7. Glue scope mount holder to the side of the trigger guard, you can look at some reference photos to find a close match where it should go.

8. Glue scope parts together, then scope to the holder, I line up the seams and print them so the seams will point downwards.

9. Glue scope holder tops on to scope.

For weathering i use silver leaf Rub n Buff as well as black and brown acrylic paints. Just rub it all over until it looks nice and dirty.
