The Design Idea was for somewhere cats can have a hide away with enough internal space to stand and move freely. With an Entrance hole larger than a filament spool and a total of 36 parts, 16 large pegs, about 20 feet of leftover or spare filament to complete. Sturdy enough with mechanical connection alone but add glue to increase durability. The Top and bottom designs are held together by the pegs and smaller parts interference with each other. Test fit before glue, its a tight fit to help with durability.

Tree supports (Auto) for anything with Large Peg Holes, may not be required but untested.

As far as the design goes it can be setup in 4 ways based on how many Entrances/Exits. The 3mf plates are setup for the single entrance design.

-Fitment Tips-

Smaller Holes use standard 1.75mm unprinted or leftover filament, There are 128 small holes for mechanical connection

May need some light filing or sanding to clean up any ghosting or ringing to ease connection areas. I have a habit of using Random Seams and also needs cleaned up in the same way.

I used a 1/16 drill bit to ream the holes. The holes are 2mm but display some resistance if not reamed a bit. You could use anything small enough like a Allen Wrench but needs to be a few inches long to push loose plastic from the holes. Cut leftover or filament of choice to pin smaller holes at 45 Degree angle, it will make it easier to pass filament through small holes. Cut Flush on both sides.

-Alignment Tips-

Holes are paired in 2's and after Parts 1 and 2s holes are aligned, the center disc holes are symmetrical in pairs. If Part 1 and 2 don't have a tight fitment holes may be in the wrong position. Part 4 and 5 align with Part 1 and set the hole positions for the remaining layer 2 parts. Part 7 is Top of the entrance and aligns with part 4 and 5, will set hole alignment for the remaining layer 3 parts. I advise putting the whole bottom together before installing the walls and putting the whole top (lid) together before installing the top portion.
