A fully customizable 3D printed lantern framing designed for LED tealight. The lantern has the option to install acrylic panels, laser-cut from 3 mm acrylic glass, in the model posted i used red transparent acrylic panels giving it a vibrant, glowing effect when illuminated.

🖨 Printing Recommendations

- Printer type: FDM (PETG recommended)

- Layer height: 0.2 mm

- Wall loops : 2 or more

- Infill: 15 %

- Supports: Yes for pillars and base lid

I personally use Creality K2 Plus where the whole model was printed in 7h21m and it consumed around 270g of filament.

🪚 Laser Cutting

- Material: 3 mm transparent red acrylic glass

- Process: Cut on a CO₂ laser engraver (e.g., Gweike Cloud or similar)

The panels slide neatly into the lantern frame and can be swapped for other colors or frosted acrylic for different lighting effects.

💡 Tips

- Use translucent or light-colored filament for the frame to enhance light diffusion.

- Pair with a warm white LED tea light for a realistic candle glow.
