My first attempt at a complex design for a snap-on accessory! This is for the NOCO Boost GB40 jumpstarter.

It helps:

- Protect the buttons from accidental activation

- "Snaps" on to the GB40

- Provides mounting clamps for the alligator clamps

(I also have printed a couple for friends already with names engraved. If you want help with that drop a comment or send a DM and I'll happily add a remix for you!)

Throw away the little bag that the GB40 comes with and upgrade your kit in a compact, easy to carry setup!

Print Recommendations

I'm new to 3D printing, so I've only used PLA. Make sure the faceplate is orientated to the printer's plate to save on filament with tree supports for the outside clamp posts. Otherwise I used standard print settings on my K1SE.

I'm sure PETG or other filaments would provide additional protection/longevity.

Side Note

I did pre-build a small insert on both side supports in pre-planning for the potential need for an additional piece to snap-on and help make sure it doesn't fall off the device. But I think the tolerances are decent enough that its not as much of a concern to me at this point.
