Print a Team 3D

Thank you for the support you’ve given to my previous models. I’m sharing this one as a way of showing my appreciation, and I hope you enjoy it!

This model was printed on a Creality Ender 3 V3 SE.

It is an easy-to-print articulated figure of a football player. The idea is that you can print it as many times as you like, creating a complete team and assigning each figure a different number on the chest and back. This change is made through the Creality Print slicer (see attached explanatory images).

Models included in the 3MF file

• Plate 1 “Coreback 15” – all pieces in a single color. Printing time: 1h50m

• Plate 2 “Coreback Multicolor” – the model with each piece in different colors. Note: printing in multiple colors increases print time and requires a multi-filament printer.

• Plate 3 “Linebacker” – scaled up by 10% with number 32, simulating a larger player. Printing time: 2h4m

Assembly notes

• Arms and legs snap into the torso with pressure until you hear a click.

• The helmet attaches with less pressure (no click), making it easier to remove and replace.

• Use instant glue if needed for pin connections (e.g., chest–back or ball halves).

• Sand off burrs left by supports on the hands to ease ball fitting. Do not force the grip—the ball is held only by the fingertips.

• Sand support areas (helmet, hands) so they fit correctly with the ball and helmet.

• Check that edges are smooth. If they feel sharp or irregular, sand them until the surface is safe and even.

Print Settings (Creality 3 V3 SE)

• Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm (standard)

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Infill: 15%

• Infill pattern: Rectilinear

• Material: PLA (Ender PLA Gray)

• Supports:

o Only the arms and helmet requires supports, specifically tree-type supports, which are already configured in the attached Creality Print file.
