This Raspberry Pi case is engineered for full compatibility with the POE HAT 2116‑A while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The top panel features perforations to support airflow and improve thermal performance.

Additional venting on the side helps expel heat while minimizing dust intake, striking a balance between cooling efficiency and protection.

This case securely houses the Raspberry Pi and POE HAT, making it an excellent choice for developers and tech enthusiasts who want a compact, durable enclosure for their projects.

Printing Recommendations

For optimal strength and heat resistance, print the case using PLA or ABS.

Supports are required; however, masking the small side holes on the top panel will make support removal significantly easier.

Tips I use for Printing With ASA
This method has worked reliably for me, but please proceed at your own discretion and own risk, some buld plates might not like this temp.

To improve print quality when using ASA, pre‑heat your printer’s chamber:

1. Home the X/Y axes.

2. Home the Z axis.

3. Lower the Z axis by approximately 100 mm to allow the chamber to warm evenly.

4. Set the nozzle to 180°C.

5. Set the bed to 110°C.

6. Turn the model fan on full.

7. Turn the side fan on full.

8. Close the lid and door.

The chamber will warm over the next 15 minutes.

Around 35°C, the case fan may activate—turn it off when it does.

Once the chamber reaches roughly 45°C, begin your print.

If your printer struggles to reach temperature due to a cold environment, placing a towel over the top and door can help retain heat.
