Printing Instructions (Mirror Technique)

To ensure a smooth top surface and proper adhesion, please follow these steps carefully:

Mirroring: The model must be printed in Mirror Mode (flipped horizontally) in your slicer. The side that touches the print bed will become the visible front side of the logo.

Build Plate Preparation: Secure a sheet of baking paper (parchment paper) onto the print bed. Ensure it is perfectly flat and taped down at the edges.

Adhesion: Apply a thin, even layer of glue stick or 3D print adhesive onto the baking paper to ensure the filament sticks during the print process.

Material: Use TPU (Flexible Filament). This is essential for the logo to be comfortable on clothing and to allow the heat-bonding process to work.

Application Instructions (Iron-On)

Once the print is complete, do not remove the logo from the baking paper.

Removal: Carefully take the baking paper (with the printed logo still attached) off the printer.

Placement: Position the logo on your T-shirt with the printed TPU side facing down (touching the fabric). The baking paper should be on top, protecting your iron.

Heat Press: Use a standard clothes iron set to medium-high heat (no steam). Press firmly and move the iron over the logo for 30 to 60 seconds, ensuring all edges are heated.

Final Step: Let the logo cool down completely. Once cold, slowly peel off the baking paper. The TPU is now fused into the fabric fibers.
