Design Concept

The CF Alligator is captured in a powerful, low stance with jaws wide open, displaying rows of angular crystalline teeth. The body is broad and armored, with the polygonal spikes along its back emphasizing its primal strength. Its faceted limbs and tail highlight both stability and menace, while the geometric styling reinforces its reptilian resilience in crystalline form.

Purpose

The Alligator represents raw power, patience, and dominance over its environment. In this crystalline adaptation, it becomes a striking symbol of survival and adaptability, making it a bold addition to the collection of faceted predators.

Printing Recommendations

Dark green, metallic bronze, or obsidian black filaments accentuate the armored geometry of the alligator’s scales. For a more fossil-like aesthetic, stone grey or sandy beige tones work effectively. Printing may require supports under the jaw, tail, and clawed feet to ensure detail preservation. A larger scale print will best emphasize the intricate crystalline ridges along the back.

Assembly Instructions

The CF Alligator is a single-piece design with no assembly required. A matte protective coat enhances the rugged texture of the faceted body. Dry-brushing metallic highlights along the ridges and jawline can enhance its ferocity while keeping the clean crystalline look intact.
