Design Concept

This mimics the layered star and pentagon fidgets that were popular in 2025 (maybe even now). The movement is fun and satisfying. Doing a circular shape allows the user to spin the outside which I thought was a fun addition. My design style is to take popular fidgets and make them a little more personal so they can be used as gifts.

Print Settings

Print settings are mostly the default settings. Pick your own infill and layer height. The key, I think, to some nice lettering is the ironing on the top of the letter. With a calibrated printer it creates a nice smooth top face. The last thing with this model is because of the circular shape the seam can't be hidden, so the scarf contour seam is turned on to help hide it.

Assembly

No assembly needed. Prints in place.

How to print

1. The 3mf file has everything you need. Click on the print settings and download that to use the settings I used for the picture. That includes the scarf seam and the top letter ironing.

2. The stl files are included as well if you want to test your own settings. All three sizes are included.
