Design Concept

The Cutlery Tray Extender is designed to optimize drawer space, enabling a more organized and clutter-free kitchen environment.

Purpose

It serves as an additional section for cutlery or other kitchen utensils, seamlessly extending current storage solutions.

Printing Tips

Printed with eSun PLA using 10% infill for durability. Tree supports enabled and printed on its end to fit the build plate vertically (Creality K1, 250mm print height)
Print bed 50 degrees, 0.4mm nozzle at 220 degrees
Switch on ironing in slicer to top layers for a smooth finish

Assembly Instructions

Given the overall length of the print, i've designed it in two halves to fit smaller build plates. Male to female tabs simply slot into place with a little glue to hold the two halves together. I personally use Gorilla Epoxy Glue which works well with PLA.
