Note: This only fits the E3V3 Plus printer. I have uploaded a handle for the Ender-3 V3 Plus printer.

After trying unsuccessfully to update firmware on a coworkers printer I bricked the motherboard. It only showed the blue screen of death. Soooo I bought him a new one for to replace the 3D printer paperweight. He will be getting an upgrade, from the Ender-3 Pro to the Ender-3 V3 Plus printer. After adding the Creality light bar, which it does not come in the box... I realized that if anyone moves this printer, they'll going to be tempted to pick it up by the frame and damage the light bar in the process. I have been searching for a handle but have come up short. So I decided to make my own.

The handle has two versions. The first version is just a handle and the second version is the handle plus mounting plate, if you were interested in relocating the filament sensor and spool holder. I designed in Fusion 360 and printed on Bambu Lab X1C. Some of the holes are designed for that printer I was using. I used the X1C in order to print in three filaments. I used manual tree supports and a different color PLA for the inlay of the logo. I'm not sure how Creality printers print supports. My first printer was a Ender-3 S1 Pro but I haven't opened C_u_r_a in a very long time.

If you print on the Creality, please let me know if the screw holes are large enough. Also print infill above 15%, what ever you want, just something bigger than 15%. I tested at 15% and I heard stress cracking, nothing to be worried about but small deflection in the handle. I think a higher infill will solve that.

Qty 2 - M3x10mm (min/max length 10 or 12mm) and

For the handle only, you will need two metric bolts to install this. If you are handy, you might have these laying around. Else, I found that Ace Hardware sells hardware individually, sorry to those Internationally, I don't know where you can buy this stuff. With this handle only, the filament sensor will stay on the right gantry control arm. You must keep the mfr recommended set up. If you want to relocate the spool holder to the top, you can find my other upload that is a handle plus mounting plate. With that model you'll reuse two bolts holding the spool holder and the one long bolt holding the filament sensor & angled plate. The remaining 3 screws not reused can be put in an empty hole on the printers frame.

Warning: Some of the mounting points are miss threaded. I always screw out to find the correct thread path, and finger tighten only to ensure to not miss thread the bolt in. If you feel resistance back out and find the correct thread path. This is Creality quality.
