I was looking for an E3 V3 Plus camera mount that held the camera away from the gantry at a distance so i could get a good angle on the print, rose with the gantry so i could always see the actual printing was going (not just the base of the print), had some cable management, and took care of the original cable management in the back. I don't have a use for the filament runout sensor where it so I don't need that in the way. I found some good models but none of them had all the things I wanted, so I mashed this together from 3 different ones that had elements that I liked:

* and I made a version of this that includes a built in main cable holder, that part I incorporated from Catumba's "Ender 3 V3 Plus | Z-Axis Nebula Camera Mount" - https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/ender-3-v3-plus-z-axis-nebula-camera-mount

The model is designed with the same specs mount specs as the runout sensor, SO you can simply take off your runout sensor and reinstall this with the same screws and main cable clip. The second model includes a cable clip built in if you prefer not to use the one that came with the printer.

The Nebula cable management clips were enlarged to better fit the cable, but they will likely need to be cleaned out and perhaps the opening trimmed just a smidge to hold the cables. I believe user7318105244's cable management clips were spot on, but I found they were a little tight for my cable. This is may com down more to preference.

I only have minimal modern CAD experience so my models are not very elegant, but they get the job done. I appreciate the patience as I learn and get better.
