All electronics fit inside the snap-fit base

For other electronics, you can customize the base opening using your slicer

🖨️ Printing Tips

Base prints in two parts – use supports where the spiral connects

Star needs strong adhesion – use extra brim or supports to prevent detachment

Spiral is the trickiest part – I printed it lying flat with supports, but feel free to experiment!

When printing the spiral, the supports may break off. Clean the plate thoroughly so that the supports hold well.

Slow down the print speed for better results

For the closed version, make sure supports don’t generate inside the cavity

Version 2 broke off during printing, so I don't have the whole model. And I didn't want to print it again (I don't have another LED strip anyway 😁).

Models tested on Bambu Lab H2D and Creality Hi.

⚠️ The spiral tilts forward under its own weight. I hadn't noticed that before. It can be supported with a 35 mm strut (not included in the print).
