Chamber Heater for Creality K1/K1C 3D Printer

Heating the chamber in a 3D printer improves print quality, especially when using high-temperature filaments such as ABS, ASA, Nylon, and Polycarbonate (PC). By maintaining a stable high temperature inside the chamber, it becomes possible to print difficult materials that might otherwise warp or detach from the print bed. I have designed a compact heater for the Creality K1/K1C printer that fits inside the enclosure while taking up minimal space.

Printing the Enclosure

The enclosure for the heater must be printed with 100% infill to ensure durability and heat resistance. It should be made from a high-temperature-resistant material such as ABS, ASA, or Polycarbonate (PC) to withstand prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures inside the chamber.
