The lid is designed as a one-piece STL so the hinge prints already assembled. After printing, gently move the lid a few times to free it up.

Need a specific size? Uniformly scale the model to match the height of your books

Print tips 🖨️
Material: PLA recommended for crisp edges and easy finishing
Settings: ~0.2 mm layer height, 2–3 walls, 10–15% infill
Supports: Not required (including the hinge)
Important: Keep the model clean and well cooled for a reliable print-in-place hinge
Hinge tip: If it feels tight, carefully “work” the hinge open/close and remove any tiny strings with tweezers
