Design Concept

The Simplistic Plier Holder is designed with a minimalistic approach, offering functionality and durability for organizing pliers in a workspace. (TJ was imbosed on my version, the cad Files dont have that)

Technical Specifications (V2)

Based on the updated dimensional sketch, the holder is sized to accommodate a specific range of tool thicknesses:

Overall Dimensions: The base footprint is 200 mm x 100 mm, providing a stable platform that resists tipping.

Slot Configuration: There are 5 total slots available.

Standard Slots: Four of the slots have a gap of 17.15 mm. This dimension corresponds to the "height" (thickness) of the pliers when they are laying flat on a table, ensuring a snug fit for standard handles.

Large Tool Slot: The fifth slot (on the far right of the drawing) is widened to 22.15 mm to accommodate larger or heavy-duty tools.

Opening Span: Each slot has an opening span of 41.69 mm across the top to allow the tool pivot to sit comfortably.

Printing Suggestions

Print with a medium infill percentage for stability and durability. PLA or PETG materials are recommended.

Assembly Instructions

No assembly required; simply place the printed holder on your workstation and insert pliers vertically in the slots provided.
