Design Concept

This table saw blade and fence alignment jig is designed for precision in woodworking. Its bright red color makes it easy to spot in any workspace, while its sturdy construction ensures accuracy during adjustments. I used it on my sawstop compact table saw.

Purpose

The primary use of this jig is to aid in the accurate alignment of a table saw blade and fence, improving the quality and safety of cuts in woodworking.

Printing Recommendations

Use a strong, durable filament like PETG or ABS for optimal strength. A 20% infill is recommended to ensure durability without wasting material. I used PLA in this case and it works great but I'll probably reprint it in PETG/ASA/ABS at some point

Assembly Instructions

The jig includes simple bolt-on assembly. Align the slots for adjustable operation and fix the gauge securely for best results. I included 2 base plates. one with low hole for the gauge and the other slightly higher to accommodate different gauges. the low one works well with Mitutoyo gauge.
