Yolk Grip – Foldable Egg-Shaped Gaming Handle for Smartphones

Crack open a better mobile gaming experience this Easter with Yolk Grip – a compact, foldable phone grip that transforms your smartphone into a handheld console, complete with rounded comfy grips on both sides. Designed originally for the iPhone 13 Pro, but the adjustable length hopefully fit with any other phone models. Each handle includes a small hook so you can add a rubber band for extra phone stability during intense gaming sessions.

But Yolk Grip isn’t just about play – fold it into a specific position, and it becomes a stylish portrait stand for your phone, perfect for watching videos or FaceTime calls. And when you're done? It folds neatly into a perfect egg shape – making it a cute, clever, and practical Easter gift for gamers of all ages.

Build Details:

- Parts: Just two separate pieces – the top cover and the main printed base (which includes all the foldable mechanisms in a single in-print model).

- Locking Mechanism: In this first version, I used a threaded lock for the egg closure. It works great, but due to my filament and settings, the threads might be fragile if over-tightened. A magnetic snap version is coming soon in a future update to improve durability and ease of use.

- Filament: Sunlu Matte Black PLA

- Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2

• Walls: 2

• Infill: 20%

• Skirt and Brim: Enabled

• Supports: Enabled (On Build Plate Only) – this is crucial!
