Bernie's core design is a masterwork of menacing detail, perfectly capturing the spirit of a terrifying Halloween entity. While the model is achievable for FDM printing—making him a great, accessible project—he was brought to life on a resin printer to achieve the sharpest possible fidelity on his skeletal structure and the flickering texture of his spectral flames.

The final terror is realized through a combination of techniques, with the larger planes and ethereal glow expertly applied using an airbrush, followed by precise brushwork to define the deep shadows, bone, and crackling embers that mark his eternal inferno.

Printing Recommendations

FDM is definitely achievable at 0.1mm layer height however, use of resin printers for optimal detail resolution. Printing at a layer height of 0.05mm will capture the intricate textures. Supports will be necessary under the arms and the overhanging cloak.

Assembly Instructions

Minimal assembly is required, with the main components including the figure and the base which can be glued together post printing. Painting the model can accentuate its haunting details.
