After having to replace the Teflon tubing on the CFS and the printer for the first time,

I had massive problems with the filament feed.

The tubing connectors on the CFS, the CFS hub, and the connection on the K2 to the print head were constantly jamming and jamming.

I then started trying out various tubes from different manufacturers (including original Creality).

Sometimes it got better, sometimes it didn't work at all. Apparently, the tubes have diameter tolerances that the connectors can't always handle.

Here's my idea: I'll grind a drill bit to about 45° and use it to drill a cone into the Teflon tubing by hand.

It worked at first, but... at first, it wasn't really centered. The tube would expand when drilling and wouldn't fit neatly into the connector, or the drill would bite into the soft Teflon material.

So here's my tool, for which you'll need a 3-3.2mm drill bit. This is sharpened to approximately 45° and inserted into the handle until the cone in the hose looks perfect after drilling, as shown in the pictures.

The hose only needs to be widened a little!!!

To ensure the drill bit is perfectly secured, I've integrated three holes into which M3 brass press-in nuts with screws can be inserted if the drill bit is too loose.

The cones only need to be inserted into the hose in the direction of the filament feed from the CFS to the printer.

Since then, no more problems............

Nachdem ich nun zum ersten mal die Teflon Schläuche am CFS und am Drucker erneuern musste,

hatte ich massiv Probleme mit der Filamentzufuhr.

Ständig klemmte und stockte es an den Schlauchverbindern vom CFS, am CFS-Hub, an der Verbindung am K2 zum Druckkopf.

Ich habe dann angefangen, die diversen Schläuche von verschiedenen Herstellern ( u.a. auch original Creality) durchzuprobieren.

Mal wurde es besser, mal ging gar nichts, offensichtlich habe die Schläuche Toleranzen im Durchmesser,

mit denen die Verbinder nicht immer klar kommen.

Hier nun meine Idee, ich schleife einen Bohrer auf ca. 45° an und bohre damit von Hand einen Konus in den Teflonschlauch.

Hat erstmal funktioniert, aber.... erstmal wird es nicht wirklich mittig, der Schlauch drückt sich auf beim Bohren und passt nicht mehr sauber in den Verbinder, oder der Bohrer frisst sich in das weiche Teflonmaterial.

Daher nun mein Tool, für welches Ihr einen Bohrer 3-3,2mm benötigt, dieser wird auf ca.45° angeschliffen und im Griffstück soweit eingeschoben, bis der Konus im Schlauch nach dem Bohren perfekt aussieht, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.

Der Schauch muss ja nur ein wenig !!! aufgeweitet werden !

Damit der Bohrer perfekt fixiert werden kann habe ich noch drei Löcher integriert, in die M3 Messing Einpressmuttern mit Schrauben eingesetzt werden können, sollte der Bohrer zu locker sitzen.

Die Konen brauchen ja auch nur in Filament Einführrichtung vom CFS zum Drucker in den Schlauch angebracht werden.

Seitdem keine Probleme mehr............
