🛠 Technical Instructions: NFC Chip Integration

The model zenzatx_cardNFC.stl has been specifically designed to house an NTAG215 NFC chip (coin or circular sticker format).

Chip Specifications:

Diameter: 25 mm.

Thickness: Approximately 0.15 mm to 0.5 mm (depending on whether it is a sticker or thin PVC).

Cavity Dimensions: The file includes an internal pocket calculated for these standard dimensions.

Printing Procedure (Layer Pause):

To encapsulate the chip inside the card so it remains invisible from the outside, follow these steps:

Slicer Preparation: Identify the specific layer just before the printer starts to close the "roof" or bridge over the circular cavity.

Program a Pause (G-code): Insert a pause command (such as M600 for filament change or M0/M1 for a simple pause) at that specific height.

****: Go to Extensions > Post Processing > Modify G-Code > Pause at height.

PrusaSlicer / Bambu Studio: Use the layer slider on the right, right-click the + icon, and select "Add pause."

Placement: Once the printer pauses and moves the print head away, place the NTAG215 chip into the center of the cavity. Ensure it lies perfectly flat and does not protrude above the current layer to avoid a nozzle collision when resuming.

Resume: Continue the print. The machine will cover the chip with the final layers, leaving it protected and aesthetically hidden.

Note: Glue is not required, but ensure the chip has no raised edges. Once encapsulated, you can scan the card with any compatible smartphone to direct users to Zenzatx harm reduction resources.

Partimos de una realidad pragmática: el fenómeno de las drogas es persistente, pero la falta de información y la adulteración de sustancias son riesgos prevenibles. Nuestro objetivo no es promover el consumo, sino educar e informar para salvar vidas, reducir intoxicaciones por sustancias desconocidas y fomentar la salud comunitaria.

El modelo zenzatx_cardNFC.stl ha sido diseñado específicamente para albergar un chip NFC NTAG215 (formato moneda/sticker circular).

Nota: No es necesario pegamento, pero asegúrate de que el chip no tenga bordes levantados. Una vez encapsulado, podrás escanear la tarjeta con cualquier smartphone compatible para dirigir a los usuarios a los recursos de reducción de daños de Zenzatx.
