I just got my ender 3 Neo (the first one not the V2) and when I hit auto home it goes to the right spot but then nozzle kit I believe is the name anyways it doesn't know when to stop and keeps trying to go downwards despite colliding with the heat bed and then it fails to home after does anyone know a fix or a way to change my home position so this doesn't happen do note I'm completely new to 3D printing so please explain step by step so im not confused lol
