I received a Ender-3 V2 Neo on Christmas day. After I assembled the printer, I hurriedly leveled my bed and set my z offset. l then proceeded to print my first bench. I noticed right away that things did not look right. the print head appeared to be smearing the extrusion across the build plate, being unfamiliar with 3d printing I continued the print. As the layers built up it appeared to be doing a good job. When the print finished, I tried to remove the print it was seriously stuck to the build plate. I was able to eventually remove the bench but left most of the base on the build plate(which was difficult to remove). After I cleaned the build plate, I re-leveled the build plate and backed the z offset off .55 mm. I printed another benchy. This time it worked much better not only did the base print evenly it was much easier to remove from the build plate. So do not rush the set up, take your time and you may save yourself some problems.
