Perfect solution for safely storing your Creality K1 Max Lid I love my Max's but as the lid is made from glass I was always worried that I would smash it if I put it anywhere. This great simple design sorts that problem. You will need some M3x8mm flush fit hex cap screws as the original ones are too small to reach. I printed mine in Eryone Grey PETG with 100% infill for strength. No supports needed and really easy to print. I used PETG as this is a heavy lid and wanted to make sure the brackets would last and take the weight. A strong PLA should be ok too but test it first. Once printed simply undo the screws from the side panel, add the brackets using the M3x8mm screws (put the original ones somewhere safe. The lid then simply slides into the brackets keeping it safe when not in use.
