Hi, I just purchased a Nebula camera (just the camera, not the nebula pad) for my CR-10 SMART printer and creality cloud is not detecting this camera. I reset all the settings, reconnected to the cloud, but still nothing. Am I making a mistake somewhere? Thanks in advance for the advice...
