Bought my first 3d printer (ender 3 max neo) and followed the steps provided in the manual to set it up. Went to adjust bed temps per manual and it kept rebooting. Google says i might need to update firmware so thats what i do. Once i pop the freshly formatted sd card with the bin file on it per instructions this screen pops up and is the only screen that it displays. I let it sit for a bit and no change. Tried to update the screen firmware and still just this screen. What can i do to make this usable.
