If there is anyone from Creality who is a moderator or a decision-maker maker can you please pass on the following points: I am not one for complaining but I have got to the stage where I feel I have to post these issues on the forum also I do not have any monetisation or links that afford me any benefits to any products I use or state in my descriptions. 1/ I have removed my login to my Sonic Pad as it prevented me from viewing the camera view etc. and the details that Creality showed in its place were not of sufficient quality for me to monitor my prints. It is not a workable solution. 2/ Your interface for uploading is too restrictive for me to find it helpful when uploading files to the Creality cloud. a) File types you only allow .stl and .3mf. I like to share my Fusion 360 files for followers to take and use as they see fit. Currently, I am linking to my Printables files if they wish to download them. This adds an unnecessary workload to the uploading sequence. b) You don't allow us makers to link products that we are using so that followers can understand why some print settings are stated. In short, your site on the sharing side is too restrictive making it almost unusable. Might I suggest that you follow the other file-sharing sites and how they do this?
