Hi, I just bought an outhlet ender 3 v3 KE. Normally from the store with proof of purchase. I assembled it, configured it and connected it to wifi + updated the software. Tried to connect to creality cloud and scanned QR code. It asks me if I want to add ender3v3KE425D printer. I click yes, then I see that I have it added but there is no access to it, it shows that it is offline. The application offers me reconnect and so on and so forth. Next to it is my 3 v3 SE with nebula smart kit and I have it correctly added, I even disconnected and reconnected it. On KE I also reinstalled the official software from creality and the same thing over and over and over again. What could be the reason? Could someone not have unplugged her from their account and I can't connect? (like on iphones - apple cloud) How to fix it? Thanks for your help and best regards.
