At Creality Cloud, we are committed to building a creative and safe environment for users around the world. In line with this mission, we would like to remind all users that the upload of firearms, gun components, or any weapon-related models is strictly forbidden. Please always share and use 3D models responsibly on our platform.

Effective immediately, any uploaded models containing designs that could be used, or have the potential to be used, for violence or physical harm are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

· Fully functional firearms or firearm replicas

· Gun components or parts used to assemble firearms (e.g., frames, receivers, barrels, slides, triggers, magazines)

· Suppressors, silencers, or weapon enhancement accessories

· Ammunition or ammunition components

· Concealed weapons or disguised weapon parts

· Templates for untraceable or unregistered firearms (“ghost guns”)

· Any tools or devices designed with the intent to cause injury or bodily harm

If, after review, a model is determined by Creality Cloud to fall under the prohibited categories, the following actions will be taken:

· Model Removal: The prohibited model will be promptly removed from the platform.

· Creator Notification: The model creator will be notified of the violation and informed of the actions taken.

· Warning: A formal warning may be issued to the creator for the first violation.

· Account Penalties: Repeated violations, or attempts to upload similar prohibited content, will lead to Permanent account suspension (blacklisting).

· Financial Measures: Any revenue generated from the sale of prohibited models will be forfeited and may be withheld in accordance with our policy.

· Additional Measures: Depending on the severity of the violation, additional actions may be taken, including legal action.

Additionally, all users are strictly forbidden from using downloaded content for any activity that threatens the life, health, or safety of others. Any such misuse is a serious violation of our platform’s values and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

We urge every creator and user to uphold the principles of responsibility and respect. Our moderation team will continue to review content, and any violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
