Frustrated with this allegedly ‘smart’ stuff!! Got my shiny new cR10 smart pro. Happily printed a few pieces using an SD card. Tried to add the printer to my WiFi network and have been having problems ever since. I used the Creality Cloud app, following all instructions. The first app couldn’t find the printer no matter how I went about it, either scanning the code or manual entry. Nothing could see the printers WiFi network. I even used a WiFi analyser that’s pretty sensitive and it didn’t see it either. Was successful once but the app to D me that the printer needed a firmware update and the app just did nothing when I ran the update. I got the current firmware off the Creality.com site, flashed the printer and the LCD screen successfully and am now back to square one as the network setting were wiped and nothing can see the WiFi or find it via Bluetooth. Anyone any suggestion please? (Apart from setting fire to it)
