k1 max still not connecting to app nor is the camera working. Now the extruder is unlocking mid print and not extruding. Technical support told me to connect my printer via hot spot and when it didn't work said try it again. I can't print on this thing and the features don't work. I've been trying to return it and now they haven't responded for a few days.
