Good day everyone, I need some help printing sunlu matte pla filament with my K1. Before I get to that, what found was for normal pla, etc rated at 190-200C I use the generic pla profile for the K1 which prints at 300mm/s at 230C. For filaments rated at 210-230C, I bumped the temp to 250C at 300mm/s otherwise I am getting under extrusion. I mustly use creality and sunlu filaments, but in South Africa the range of creality filament we get is very limited to I mostly use sunla meta pla which work very well. Now accidently I ordered sunla matte pla instead of meta, which is no big deal, buy for some reason I simply cannot get it to print correctly. I have attached a picture of some of the prints. The two prints on the left was at 230C 300mm/s (not sure the speed of the first layer), the 3rd one is at 255C at 300mm/s (not sure the speed of the first layer) and the last one 255C at 100mm/s (not sure the speed of the first layer). I also disabled retraction to see if that helps and also tried to increase the material flow to 110%, but nothing helps. What is really strange is the outer and inner walls prints perfectly, but as soon as it starts to fill in the under extruding or what ever it is, starts to appear. I did try to dry the filament with no luck. I also tried different colours of the matte filament and the all do the same. In the meantime my printer started giving me 2564 error, so I cannot really print with the mega filament or test the matte filament. I am not sure if what I am experiencing is part of the hotend heating issues or if it is the slicing settings. I am now waiting for the new hotend and extruder, then test the filament again, if it is still doing the same, get myself a 0.6mm nozzle and test the filament again. What do you think I am going wrong or can test?
