Don't throw away old filament, use it - Mandalorian Helmet A friend of mine needed a 'discarded' Mando helmet for a display they have been working on and I wanted to contribute towards it. As I don't like throwing filament away I had some really old filament in the bottom of the cupboard that needed using up. This was a brilliant model but I didn't need a full size helmet as it is going to be used on a small scale model so I simply resized the helmet down to what I needed. I wasn't expecting it come out perfectly as the filament was really old but it turned out to be a useable print. Its going to be aged and painted anyway. The images just show the helmet with the supports removed and has not been cleaned up yet. Not bad for old filament. [%9631304319][%2443000667]
