Has any one else had problems contacting customer support? these are great machines but when you have a problem it seems like they just disappear. have tried to contact them about a replacement part which is nowhere to be found and they also havent answered a previous problem I contacted them about. I really like these machines and have 3 but thinking about getting rid of them for something else. Guess after sales needs to get of the ball and do something or I might have to give them a bad review on You Tube.
