CFS Upgrade: first use and first clog



Hi! I installed the multicolor upgrade for the K1 Max,

on the eighth layer of my very first attempt at multicolor printing (each layer had two colors) the printer froze showing an error message (the hub couldn't change the wire, it seemed to be a cutter problem, the wire could have jammed).

PROBLEM 1:

I had a lot of trouble understanding how to stop the print because the software forced me to try again immediately or to look for the solution and send it to play again, without the possibility of stopping immediately (because play and stop are the same button and it didn't allow me to use it to end the print as it failed). Yes, I can stop it from the PC, but the PC was in another room and floor so it's not immediate to turn off the printer in case of emergencies! I ask you to consider adding a clear and working stop button also in the printer display because in case of clogging there isn't one!!

Furthermore, the stop caused yet another failed attempt to retract the filament that was terribly clogged inside the extruder, I hope that all these very forced and automatic attempts have not damaged it.

PROBLEM 2, VERY SEVERE:

The point is: the that filament expanded in the extruder and causes it to block. I have already used those filaments at those temperatures and I know that they are correct for printing with the k1 max. I have already had a similar clogging problem in the past: inside the extruder, with the first version of the k1max extruder, and I solved this clogging problem by upgrading it, because if the filament expanded in the extruder due to the heat it remained stuck there.

Now with this multicolor upgrade you have changed the extruder again and evidently the heating problem of the old extruder has returned.

third problem: the tower should be rectangular, that thing far away looks like a rectangle to you? It's all crooked! (You can see it at the end of the video)

fourth problem: when he changes thread he poops, often he poops at the wrong time so outside the designated area!

PROBLEM 5: where are the videos and guides to solve these problems? if I search for information online I only find it for k2 printers!!! the update is out, i bought it, where are the updated guides for the k1 max?
