Ender 3 V3 KE displays a notification on the screen "Key: 2194 Unknown Exception"

the notification appeared after I updated the firmware to V1.1.0.15

I have tried several tips on the creality forum such as:

1. I tried downgrading the firmware to V1.1.0.12

2. removing and reinstalling the CR touch cable and 30 pin ribbon cable.

3. Upgrade the firmware back to V1.1.0.15

4. Reset default settings

5. until I decided to replace the CR touch with a new one

However, all the efforts I have tried have not worked

Because I have reset the default settings, currently the printer can only enter the calibration menu and cannot be continued because the nozzle hits the build plate, while the CR touch only lights up red.
