Dear User,

As the Chinese National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays approach, we would like to inform you that the Creality Cloud team will be on holiday from October 1st to October 8th, 2025.

During this period, please note the following:

✅3D model reviews will continue as usual.
💰❌Earnings withdrawals will not be available during the holiday. Withdrawal requests will close at 12:00 PM (noon, UTC+8) on September 30, 2025 and resume at 9:00 AM (UTC+8) on October 9, 2025. During this period, the system will display: “System under maintenance.” Please don’t worry—withdrawals will return to normal after the holiday.
📦⏳Eshop orders placed after 6:00 PM (UTC+8) on September 28th, 2025 will be processed and shipped sequentially after the holiday ends (starting October 9th, 2025).
📧❌Creality Cloud Emails will not be processed during the holiday; all pending messages will be addressed promptly once operations resume.
✅If you encounter any issues with machine usage during the holiday, please contact cs@creality.com.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Normal operations will resume promptly once the holiday period is over.
