The Creality Cloud 3D Product and Service Center have been completely upgraded. This upgrade will help users easily understand products from multiple perspectives and efficiently answer questions, comprehensively improving the user experience. Let's take a look together.

1. Products

Address: Creality Product Center - Compare different 3D printers

We have added multiple filtering options that support quickly finding corresponding products from various dimensions such as model features, date of listing, price range, etc.

We have added product feature descriptions to facilitate users in quickly understanding the advantages of each product.

We have added a new prompt module for terminal devices. For FDM printers without built-in Wi-Fi, simply use any terminal device to connect to Creality Cloud and easily achieve cloud printing.

We have added a "Compare" button on the product details page. It can support the comparison of up to 4 devices, allowing users to quickly grasp the similarities and differences between printers and provide more information and comparisons for selecting a printer.

The "Support & Service" tab on the product details page now includes a directory to accurately locate related content and easily browse through the content.

When the mouse cursor is moved to the image area, a new overlay is displayed to show the product description, price, and printer features at a glance. You can click to add it to their favorites for easy access to the intended printer in the future.

2. Support & Service

The "Support & Service" section is divided into modules, allowing users to find problems and answers through each module.

The content section includes:

1. Classification display by type and level to locate problem types.

2. Upgraded content to include visual aids, moving away from ineffective brief descriptions.

3. A new table of contents on the right side guides users to find the specific problem they are looking for even when there is a large amount of content.

We have added version introductions on the Creality Cloud web, allowing users to view the feature introductions of previous versions.

The Special Features area can help you quickly understand Creality Cloud.
