Good morning. I’m trying to to set up my new k2plus and in the initial check it fails with xs2060. I have restarted it , made sure it had direct plug in to the outlet , I believe I have all shipping screws and braces removed. Did not find much about how to fix . Bed moves up a little then when the bed is going back down on the right side there is a noise, then it fails. The z rods do not appear to be warped.Can anyone help head me where to look to correct this? Thanks in advance
